INSTRUCTIONS 
Put your favorite Deltaz record on, then mix a generous seasoning of Deltaz rub, cooking oil and lemon or lime juice.  Toss with meat or vegetables and marinate for at least 1 hour.  Marinate overnight to make it a thrill to grill.
